I’ve always had a fascination with the miracle that is our body and its connection to our mind and spirit, there is no end to its wonder and depth as I work with myself and my clients. I am especially interested in the energetic system, firstly because of the shift I felt after treating clients, then on my first Reiki course with Richard Ellis I experienced what I would call my awakening, a profound experience I couldn’t comprehend sending me on a journey to understand as much as I could. I became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2019. I then noticed that my body’s response to Yoga was similar to that of Reiki, I believe my attunement intensified this along with other spiritual practices. I think given the right environment, alignment and intention, the body will release and heal. I completed the Yoga teacher training with Hayley Giles which solidified my desire to continue with group work, giving the space and a community for a person to flourish. I provide Yoga enriched Reiki courses to give people practical tools to heal themselves and others.
Along with my work I sing in 3 bands, thriving in the communal spirit that festivals and concerts provide. I’m swept up in how music and sounds heal and unify us, I’d love to explore light language and healing with the voice. My fundamental beliefs are that we all deserve to be happy, healthy, and to be given the opportunity to thrive!

I began my journey in health and wellbeing 26 years ago as a registered nurse in the NHS, following a BSc in Health Sciences and a Post graduate Diploma in Clinical Nursing.
My varied and valuable experiences as a nurse cultivated a real desire to empower individuals to connect to their health in a holistic manner. Over 18 years ago I studied reiki and have done so to Master level.
More recently qualified in Swedish massage and am aware and delighted at how the two practices complement each other. Recently I have been working in a local charity as a reiki practitioner and massage therapist, for clients who either have / have had cancer, or have lost a loved one to it. This has further enhanced my understanding of holistic health and wellbeing.
As well as my qualifications in reiki and massage, my interest in holistic health is reflected through my qualifications in meditation, forest bathing and as a post-natal doula.
I am a great believer in practicing what I preach, and do this on a daily basis via meditation, reiki and yoga practice. I also love trail running, walking in nature and forest bathing.

I began my healing journey in 2019, at a time when I felt incredibly lost and hurting from various past traumas. Everything changed when I was attuned to Reiki. It opened my eyes to the fact that I am an empath, and that I needed to learn how to detach from the energies of others. It’s still something I consciously work on, but it has grown into one of my greatest strengths. It allows me to deeply connect with my clients and read between the lines, helping me understand the treatment that will best support them.
My love for aromatherapy naturally followed. Coming from a background in floristry, I have always felt connected to nature and the power that plants hold. This passion led me to massage therapy, which not only helped me support others but also helped me heal my own fear of being touched. Through this work, I’ve learned how to hold safe, nurturing space for those who have been mistreated in the past and need to feel secure again.
I am continually learning, growing, and adding new techniques and tools to my treatments. My goal is to ensure my skills evolve and that my clients always receive the best, most thoughtful care I can offer.
