Hayley Giles: Founder

Offerings: Yoga Flow, Meditation, philosophy, Breathwork and Yoga Teacher Training.

After a few years of dedicated practice, my teacher encouraged me to embark on a foundation of yoga training with the British Wheel of Yoga. This was followed by a three year teaching diploma with the BWY, then a calling to do an intensive Yoga Siromani teaching qualification with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre.

My practice and training, along with many sojourns to India, have given me a very broad and varied experience of yoga. Having immersed myself in many styles and teachings of this ancient science, I have learned that they all have so much to give, and we all have so much to benefit from.

Catherine Otway

Offerings: Iyengar

I am a Level 2 Iyengar Teacher and began practising and teaching yoga over 20 years ago. My style is warm and welcoming, and I am passionate about the art of yoga, particularly valuing its power to reduce stress and anxiety as well as the aches and pains that we all suffer from generally. I enjoy the integrity of Iyengar yoga and the careful attention it gives to alignment which can be transformative. As a student & a teacher of Iyengar yoga I value its accessibility & the way it can be adapted to work for each individual. The potential for apparently small adjustments to have profound effects on the body, mind & emotions of anyone who practises Iyengar yoga, at any level, energises & inspires my teaching.

Emma Guy

Offerings: Chair Yoga

With 8 years of experience, my passion and curiosity for yoga continue to grow and illuminate my path. Following completion of the British Wheel of Yoga teacher training, my energy and teachings have led me to the gentle and compassionate practice of chair yoga. I have experience teaching students with a range of physical needs and mobility, from wheelchairs users, students with MS and those recovering from injury. I’m keen to share the benefits of yoga far and wide, through a gentle, individualised approach, focusing on building strength, improving mobility and developing great awareness for body, mind and spirit through the connection of breath.

Patrick Wynn

Offerings: Tai Chi

I began my tai chi journey 14 years ago and during that period I qualified as an instructor with the BCCMA (British Council of Chinese Martial Arts).
Prior to that I served as a firefighter in the Dorset Fire & Rescue Service for 30 years and during my service I performed the duty of a Watch PTI (physical training instructor) responsible for the fitness training and wellbeing of the members of the crew(s) that I served with.
From an early age I learned the art of boxing and competed at a high level until I joined the fire service.
I have also spent time participating in the learning of Wing Chun, another Chinese martial art and Thai boxing.
I look forward to meeting you and enjoying our tai chi experience together

Hayley Fazey

Offerings: Soulful Flow Yoga

Yoga has been part of my life for over 15 years. My practice became deeper whilst working on sailing yachts. That lifestyle was intense and took a toll physically and mentally. I turned to Yoga which helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. I am now a mother of two based in Wimborne and Yoga has continued to help me seek out the calm amongst the chaos. I believe yoga is about familiarising our self with our Self. For me yoga brightens the physical and spiritual self, and I am passionate about sharing that. Forever a student in parenthood and forever a student of Yoga.

Ali Palmer

Offerings: Extended Yin Yoga Monthly with Singing Bowls

My previous career was tough, fast-paced, stressful, and exhausting. However, practicing yoga and becoming a yoga teacher transformed my life completely. Reconnecting with my body and soul through yoga brought me freedom from anxiety and instilled a new sense of calm, purpose, and self-confidence. Yoga made me resilient to life’s curveballs and helped me manage pain from osteoarthritis. Sharing this transformative practice with others is my passion. I specialize in Yin Yoga, having completed 50 hours of specialist training with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts, highly acclaimed Yin Yoga teacher trainers in Canada. Teaching Yin Yoga allows me to guide students in discovering the profound physical and mental benefits of the practice.
