Hayley Giles: Founder
Offerings: Yoga Flow, Meditation, philosophy, Breathwork and Yoga Teacher Trainer.
After a few years of dedicated practice, my teacher encouraged me to embark on a foundation of yoga training with the British Wheel of Yoga. This was followed by a three year teaching diploma with the BWY, then a calling to do an intensive Yoga Siromani teaching qualification with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre.
My practice and training, along with many sojourns to India, have given me a very broad and varied experience of yoga. Having immersed myself in many styles and teachings of this ancient science, I have learned that they all have so much to give, and we all have so much to benefit from.

Catherine Otway
Offerings: Iyengar
I am a Level 2 Iyengar Teacher and began practising and teaching yoga over 20 years ago. My style is warm and welcoming, and I am passionate about the art of yoga, particularly valuing its power to reduce stress and anxiety as well as the aches and pains that we all suffer from generally. I enjoy the integrity of Iyengar yoga and the careful attention it gives to alignment which can be transformative. As a student & a teacher of Iyengar yoga I value its accessibility & the way it can be adapted to work for each individual. The potential for apparently small adjustments to have profound effects on the body, mind & emotions of anyone who practises Iyengar yoga, at any level, energises & inspires my teaching.

Hayley Fazey
Offerings: Yin Yang Yoga
Yoga has been part of my life for over 15 years. My practice became deeper whilst working on sailing yachts. That lifestyle was intense and took a toll physically and mentally. I turned to Yoga which helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. I am now a mother of two based in Wimborne and Yoga has continued to help me seek out the calm amongst the chaos. I believe yoga is about familiarising our self with our Self. For me yoga brightens the physical and spiritual self, and I am passionate about sharing that. Forever a student in parenthood and forever a student of Yoga.
